Job Description

    Description As a Business Development Specialist at Space Matrix, your key role will be to identify and cultivate sales opportunities, acting as the primary point of contact between our company and potential customers.The Team will need you to have1. Prospecting and Outreach: You will initiate contact with potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and collaborative tools. These leads can originate from sources like digital marketing, event leads, or a targeted database of accounts.2. Account Research: Before reaching out to potential customers, you will conduct thorough research on the accounts to gain valuable insights and understand their specific needs, requirements, and challenges.3. Lead Qualification: Using the BATT criteria (Budget, Authority, Timeline, and Target Project), you will assess and qualify leads to ensure they meet the necessary criteria for further engagement.4. Customer Engagement: You will engage with customers to comprehensively understand their requirements and preferences, facilitating face-to-face meetings between field sales representatives and the qualified prospects.5. Collaboration with Our Client Solutions team: Along with Space matrix Client Solutions team, this will involve regular communication and coordination, including remote follow-ups with customers when necessary.6. Tool Usage and Reporting: You will diligently and consistently use the mandated tools and programs, ensuring all actions and activities are logged and recorded. This enables regular tracking and production of activity and results reports.7. Database Management: You will be responsible for managing and updating the contact information of accounts in the assigned database tool as needed.As a Business Development Specialist, your dedication to these responsibilities will contribute significantly to our overall sales efforts, driving business growth and fostering lasting customer relationships., Requirements You should have
    • Min 2 Years work experience in research,
    • Bachelor degree or equivalent
    • Excellent communication skills and aptitude
    • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
    • proficient In G-suite
    • Experience in CRMs good to have not a must
    • Strong willingness to learn
    • a sense of responsibility and ownership towards your outreaches and leads
