Job Description Develop new business relationships, negotiate and generate new income especially from PSUs for us to an agreed annual target, to increase year on year. Manage business relationships with Key Existing PSU clients, negotiate and increase the business share for our company to an agreed annual target. Develop and communicate a thorough understanding of clients objectives including their ROI objectives. Ensuring we remain proactive and responsive to prospective clients to achieve its vision of being the most respected company in fleet management. Build and leverage the brand equity and ensure topline growth in fleet number while retaining the Market Leadership position in the country. Skills and Expertise Graduate in any discipline 4-6 years of experience in a similar profile Proven success in business-to-business sales preferably in a service industry background Experience in handling the PSUs clients. Knowledge about Government Processes e.g: tendering is a must have Confident negotiator and ability to close the deal . Strong client management skills and ability to keep promises. Confidence in presenting technical and marketing data to clients and colleagues in a variety of mediums. Capable of hands on problem solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions. A positive and determined approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities. Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail. Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritize tasks. Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone and presentation. Excellent organization and time management skills. A positive attitude to dealing with people. Capable of working independently support is available by the RSH/ NSH/ CH for complex large pitches and strategies. ,
