- Lead business, strategy and its implementation for e-pharmacy division of 1mg The role involves realizing board level agenda for the e-pharma division of the company with a high level of ownership.- Typical project will involve achieving a high-level board level target as the goal, e.g. Profitability of a certain unit, state-of-art WMS implementation, gross-margin improvements, etc.- Strategizing around how to go about achieving the above, laying down the process, assembling a team and assigning responsibilities, institutionalizing metrics and tracking dashboards/reviews, managing the cross-functional stakeholders, etc. to finally achieve the target - is the typical journey.- This role will give a flavour into how real businesses are run, get a chance to be in the drivers seat, and not just build business acumen but also give hands-on implementation experience and groom team-working and leadership skills.- Ideal for hustlers who believe they have first-principles problem solving skills and want to lead the disruption of the healthcare ecosystem of India.
