What would you do You will be aligned with our Business Operations vertical and help us supervise the day to day operational and administrative activities, ensuring that all processes are followed / executed and that deadlines are met. In this role you will support and grow the business, through the deployment of Bus Ops services and market knowledge and helps in markets objectives and goals. Also helps business to scale and sustain, with the support of various tools, processes, and leadership alignment to drive valuable insights to business. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of business practices to create efficiency within an organization. It is concerned with converting materials and labor into goods and services to maximize the profit of an organization. What are we looking for Act as a data analytics, reporting expert to provide management and operations support to the practice and business leads to help them run their portfolios, understand key performance metrics to drive performance improvements Enable leadership with required analytics and actionable insights Advance excel skills (VBA, pivots, database functions), including the ability to work on complex formulas & design interactive spreadsheets Responsible for managing day-to-day activities. Coach/guide team members in assigning tasks, tracking their completion & ensuring quality Provide accurate level of effort estimates and delivery plans for projects Proficient in data visualization in Power BI using Slicers and different type of charts to formulate dashboards in line with storytelling concepts with ability to showcase dashboard implementations that demonstrate visual best practices Analyze business requirements and work to translate functional inputs into technical specifications, to develop reporting solutions using Power BI as a front-end visualization tool Responsible for managing large volumes of data, should have experience with preparation of data for visualization and worked on various data cleaning & transforming techniques Work closely with stakeholders/leads to understand the business needs and drive key business outcomes Develop process documentation, communication and reports Participate and contribute to regular discussions and process improvement initiatives Required Skills Analytical/problem solving skills with accuracy and attention to detail Data Visualization Skills: Good Power BI working experience or equivalent experience in Tableau/Qlik. Master/Expert in Microsoft PowerPoint Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong critical thinking skill Independent with strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects Excellent oral and written communications skills in English language Strong Project management skills Roles and Responsibilities The key responsibility would involve driving business analytics, writing impactful business insights, project planning, tracking the deliverables, escalation of issues on time to the right stakeholders, identifying risks upfront and highlighting to leads with proposed solutions. The projects may be small/big and may be in different locations. The candidate should have experience in developing analytical dashboards, using effective and insightful data visualization techniques with strong Data Analytics and BI skills and abilities to develop and insights using multiple complex datasets. With preferred SQL capabilities, strong understanding of relational and dimensional data models, we are looking for experts in gathering requirements, solutioning the requirement, creating effective quantitative analysis along with a strong inclination to upskill on Accenture business processes and tools ,
