Job Description

  • Project Role :Application Lead
  • Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Management Level :7

      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Be accountable for the product success considering the value for the consumer and the company ROI 2 Specify the product vision and roadmap, as well as user stories considering the value for the consumer and the company as well as its role and impact on the adidas digital ecosystem 3 Be accountable for product delivery in line with the roadmap and committed delivery dates 4 Identify and solve dependencies with other product owners to ensure efficient delivery Coordinate interfaces
      • Technical Experience : 1 Familiarity with A/B testing or other multivariate testing 2 Expert knowledge of Agile working methods eg Scrum/Kanban 3 Comfortable working with enterprise-level platforms and technologies 4 Advanced understanding of IT products and capabilities 5 Fluent in English both verbally and written 6 Experience with practical application of Machine learning concepts in the field of Merchandise planning is a plus
      • Professional Attributes : 1 Excellent communication skills and comfortable, presenting complex relations in a simple way to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely 2 High resilience and solution-oriented attitude 3 Basic leadership skills
    • Educational Qualification : minimum 15 years of full time education university degree with focus on Computer Science
