Job Description

Job Opportunity :

  • Site feasibility study by visiting and taking all civil measurements.
  • Site Execution, Coordination with Architect & consultant to finalize layout & services/working drawing, Vendor development, BOQ finalization, costing, PO, Billing, Measurement, & visit new site for measurement & feasibility of upcoming Stores.
  • Site coordination and implementation of drawing. Responsible for knowing requirements & implementing with std. practice/procedureand specification
  • Ensuring the quality of material as per technical specification and quality system are being implemented and records are maintained.
  • kitchen fire suppression system and project management, Facilityplanning& designing commercial kitchen.
  • Ensuring installation of systems and carrying out the preventive inspection of all installed equipment.
  • Preparation & Checking of schematic layout drawings throughout Conceptual Design phase to design development phase.
  • Full hands on participation from initial conceptual design of a facility, right up to hand over.
  • Involved with projects from design stage to handing over tomaintenance and operation team.
  • Responsible/ Attend technical information/Query to the R.M
  • Attending design brief to discuss the requirements of the kitchen
  • Finalizing the DG, AC outdoor units and Electric panel location with mutually understanding with the property owner.
  • Generating the project tracking schedules for smoothing the handover to Taking follow-up on daily bases with the contactors and discussing the complications of the sites.
  • Make plans and align different teams for the different type of work like as GLD work, CCTV, IT installation, UPS installation, DG, LPG bank, OTG and etcetera.
  • Submission of daily base Reports, weekly PPT, Reporting of Incidents.
  • Measurements of contractor and sub vendor bills, verifying it on site.
