Job Description

Required: Chartered AccountantExperience: 4+ yearsSalary: Up to 60k and negotiable as per deserving candidateVenue: ManesarIndustry: Leather ManufacturingJob DescriptionQualification: CA qualified with a minimum of 5 years of Manufacturing industry experience.Responsibilities include the following : . Preparation of Monthly P&L With Variance Report stating the what is the Actual vs Budget

  • Steps were taken to reduce the cost, like all the branch stores converting into C&F and monitoring the savings
  • Monitoring of all the expenses and giving suggestion to control the cost like the reduction of Manpower cost because our major cost is the Outsource Manpower cost and travels
  • Preparation of Financials and Cashflow for audit purpose and interaction with the E&Y auditors and Group internal auditors.
  • Interacting with ICFR auditors and also with other departments for resolving the issues.
  • Preparing the cost of products for Cost audit
  • Filing for Income Tax return and coordinate with the E&Y Tax audit team.
  • Monthly review of Branch P &L of all the Branches.
  • Preparation of Monthly Channel wise P&L for all channels. And customer wise P & L
  • Monitoring of Collection of all Branches with Targets.
  • Tds compliance with regard to deduction and remittance and Reconciliation
  • Inventory Management like purchases and consumption and Closing stock of all branches and locations, and Consumption variance report.
  • Maintaining Inventory & Computation of COGS i
  • Knowing about the latest GSTs.
  • Looking at Vat assessments and with regard to C form and F form.
  • Preparation of Budgets, & Forecast, Monthly Cash Flow
  • Verification of Vendors Payments and Checking of Tds & Service Tax
  • Filing of Monthly ER-1 Returns.
