Job Description

    • Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
      • Process Design and Optimization: Design, develop, and optimize chemical manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.
      • Research and Development: Lead or contribute to research efforts to develop new processes, materials, or methods to improve production performance.
      • Safety and Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with environmental, health, and safety standards. Collaborate with EHS teams to identify potential risks and implement corrective measures.
      • Production Support: Provide technical support to production teams, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring consistent product quality.
      • Data Analysis: Analyze production data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Use statistical and mathematical models to enhance production yield and quality.
      • Project Management: Manage chemical engineering projects, from concept to implementation, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality specifications.
      • Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, quality control, production, and other engineering teams to drive process improvements and support ongoing operations.
      • Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed reports, engineering documents, process flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
