Roles and Responsibilities1.Relationship Managementa.Handleinvestment queries from potential clients, client communication, and investors (equity, fixed income and portfolio management service clients)on-boarding.b.Managehigh-bandwidth and confidential communication with high net worth clients through the client relationship process to ensure that the firm continues to enjoy an excellent relationship with them.c.Maintain an active communication channel with bureaucracy, bankersc and other service providers.2.Raising Bank loansa.Raising loan funds from banks, development institutionsb.Maintain and developing new relationshipswith Banks, FIs, FIIs, Fund arrangersc.Coordinate with rating agencies, legal counsel, arrangers, underwriters, regulators, internal teams to facilitate the raising of fundd. Manage, monitor and optimize overall cost of funds3.Loan Securitizationwith NBFCs Dealing with NBFC for loan securitizationi.e.selling of our customer mortgage loans on favourable terms to other NBFCs and banks.Currently, we are in the process of setting up an in house NBFC for home and home improvement loans for customers.4.Tie ups withSocially Conscious FundsEngaging and Tying up with companies and international financial institutions for CSR / Grant / Social funds by supporting the common cause and engaging in mutually beneficial relationship for society upliftment.The idea is to raise funds at low cost and show social returns by selling / renting to the target segment (women / EWS / weaker section) as per the fund mandate of CSR as per companies act or the institutional mandate.Key Attributes Needed1.Very goodcommunication skills both spoken& written.Ideal candidate should understand clearly how to communicate with various stakeholders having diverse nationalities, Backgrounds2.High urgency, ownership of workand organized working style. Ideal candidateshould be self- starter, self-managed and self-driven.3. Good soft selling and relationship management skills4 Should be able to seek out strategic inputs and convert them to business deliverables5.Should be willing to achieve demanding targets on a regular basis.6.End-goal orientationand tight cost control.7.Enjoy working within a very small team.Preferably should have worked in one or more of following roles:1.Business Development of financial or other services/Part of Investment Banking team2.HNI / Corporate Clients relationship in Investment Banking3.Senior management role in a Fund orWealth Management companies.4.Transaction advisory, fund advisory roles in Big four firms5.International exposure will be a plus.Education1.MBA from a good institute is preferred.2.International level certification or education is preferred.
