You will ensure that our business is well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and coaching people. The goal is to safeguard and augment the efficiency of the companys operations to facilitate accelerating development and long-term success.- As a COO, you will develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into our key initiatives goals, progress, and obstacles.- The Chief Operating Officer will analyse current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary.- While reporting to our Head of Data Factory - India, the Chief Operating Officer will define the operational standards, including compliance to external standards, minimize legal risks by understanding current and proposed legislation, enforcing regulations, recommending new procedures and policies, and complying with legal requirements.- As the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for revising and/or formulating policies and promoting their implementation, managing relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.- The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for evaluating the firms overall performance by gathering, analysing, and interpreting data and metrics and ensuring that the company runs with optimal efficiency and conformity to established regulations.- The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for developing and controlling operational budgets to promote profitability and ensure the company has all the resources required to meet its objectives within agreed financial parameters.- The Chief Operating Officer will act as the companys main adviser on all issues relating to operational functions and keep abreast of the latest developments to ensure that the company maintains its competitive position.Desired Skills:- Proven experience as Director of Operations or equivalent position- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities- Outstanding communication and people skills- Knowledge of industrys legal rules and guidelines- Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues.- Familiarity of IT/Business infrastructure.- Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues.- An executor - ensuring execution of the designed strategy and responsible for delivering results.- Second- or third-line risk management experience is an add-on.,
