Job Description

    Associate/Senior Associate - Client RelationsWe are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as anAssociate/Senior Associate for Client Relations. The ideal candidate should possess excellentcommunication skills, thrive in a startup environment, be committed to creating an excellentclient experience throughout their journey, and have a strong desire to accelerate theircareer growth.Responsibilities:1. Coordinate with clients on a daily basis, ensuring their needs are met and addressing anyconcerns or inquiries promptly.2. Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, guiding them through our services andofferings to ensure a seamless integration.3. Work closely with the customer success team to provide continuous support andassistance to clients throughout their journey with our company.4. Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their requirements and providingtailored solutions.5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existingclients.6. Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and feedback from clients, contributingto the improvement of our products and services.7. Successfully negotiate with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.8. Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.9. Commit to continuous learning and improvement, staying updated on industry trends andbest practices.Requirements:1. Minimum 6 months of experience in client relations or a related field.2. Three months of training will be provided for candidates to enhance their skills andknowledge.3. Strong negotiating skills to navigate challenging situations and reach favourable outcomes for both parties.4. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising the quality of work.5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.6. A sales background is a plus, but not mandatory.7. Self-driven and eager to take on new challenges to accelerate career growth.8. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.9.
