The Clinic Manager is the face of Ross Clinics, and is responsible for ensuring professional and efficient management of visitors, patients, telephone calls and messages. He/she also performs a variety of duties that support patient services, collects and imparts information to visitors and patients, and ensures smooth operation and presentation of a professional clinic. In addition, he/she administers care as needed, dispenses medications, carries out diagnostic tests and assists the physician and dentist. He/she participates in promotional and awareness drives, and is available for home visits.
