  • Project Role :Cloud Operations Engineer
  • Project Role Description :Manage the cloud infrastructure environment through cross technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), execution of scripting and monitoring automations. Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all computer, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1-Supervise troubleshooting and resolve hardware and software issues of LAN/WAN devices 2-Supervise troubleshooting and resolve issues related to Application gateway and load balancer 3-Troubleshoot the issue of listeners, health monitor of Load balancer 4-Troubleshoot and Monitor the Network Performance 5-Supervise troubleshooting of routing protocol related issues on the LAN/WAN 6-Supervise implementation of the change requests as per business needs on Cisco routers and switches
      • Technical Experience : 1-Hands-on experience troubleshooting on Azure Cloud Resources 2-Hands on experience on Application Gateway and Load balancers 3-Deploying and Configuring Virtual Networks 4-Should have knowledge of Network security groups and ARM templates 5-Knowledge on Express route and Site2Site VPN connectivity with Cloud 6-Knowledge of Virtual Network Peering 7-Knowledgeable in the following Switching technology such as STP/PVST/MST/VRRP/HSR
      • Professional Attributes : 1- An ability to learn new technologies quickly 2- Good time management skills 3- An ability to follow processes 4- Strong documentation skills 5-Good communication skills both written and verbal
      • Educational Qualification : Btech Graduation
    • Additional Information : Cloud Certification would be plus
