Together, we lead and leave a positive impact on societies, companies and people around the world.You will join our Communications DepartmentAs our new communications & marketing specialist, you will be accountable for delivering communication and marketing services and projects that support the execution of the Middle East & Asia Pacific business strategy, with priority given to India. The incumbent should recommend and support the leadership on how to communicate effectively.Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Consult with leadership and partner with key functions to develop and action communications campaigns to enable the business to engage effectively with their people, clients and other stakeholders to communicate key messages and lead change.
  • Manage the process of creating marketing content for digital channels (including web, email, app and social), ensuring that communication meets the brief and is consistent with the tone of voice and brand identity.
  • Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies) to produce well-researched content for publication online and in print
  • Responsible for the successful implementation of employee communication programmes that supports employee engagement initiatives.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to deliver high-quality communications products and services (e.g., printers; corporate gifts)
  • Work closely with the Head of Communications to provide pro-active and responsive media relations activities, including liaison with journalists to facilitate media coverage for Ramboll in India and related activities.
  • Assesses external exhibition requests that create a platform for Ramboll in the region, making recommendations to Head of Communications and, if approved, then executing action plans.
  • Facilitates and edits technical articles for publication in industrial journals.
  • Proofreading and editing of articles/presentations/advertorials to be published externally.
