  • Role :Cloud Operations Engineer
  • Role Description :Manage the cloud infrastructure environment through cross technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), execution of scripting and monitoring automations. Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all computer, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Skilled to Archive and drive the tasks without any delays 2 Manage entire Backup System Media agent, Policies,join it to existing Master Server 3 Knowledge to migrate existing policies from existing old versions to new 4 Troubleshooting Backup issues and adding new Media Agents and creating Storage 5 Configuring Archive proxy server 6 Maintaining Enterprise level systems environment 7 Operate and maintain Archive Solution, other related backup and recovery infrastructure components
      • Technical Experience : 1 Experience of Restores: Filesystems, VMs, Databases and Exchange Servers,NAS Backup configuration, troubleshooting and restores 2 Experience of File-level backup configuration, troubleshooting and restores 3 Knowledge of Windows, Azure, PowerShell,different types of backup configuration and restoration SQL, Exchange, FS, VM etc and troubleshooting 4 Knowledge on other backup tools NetBackup, Avamar, Datadomain,DR process,backup copies AUX, Selective etc
      • Professional Attributes : 1 Take part in 24x7 Shift Rotations including Morning, Evening and Night Shifts 2 Work out of hours evenings, nights, weekends, bank holidays at reasonable request to perform production changes 3 Travel to other locations when required 4 Be flexible in the work and platform to be worked on
      • Educational Qualification : As per Accenture norms
    • Additional Information : 1 2 years of experience to provide L2/L3 support on Backup infrastructure
