We believe its important to nurture a company culture that encourages curiosity and passion from employee resource groups and learning opportunities to team outings and community outreach.What We Can Provide :- Work in a highly technical environment that drives personal development alongside solving business problems- Ability to work on your own projects aside from the business to help develop and drive new data products for the business- Exposure to a new ML journey which has begun its journey into predictive analytics- We are output focused, treasuring efficiency over hours spent workingResponsibilities- Use advanced working experience of SQL to write optimized queries- Independently create impactful presentations via Google suite of products or dashboards via Looker- Draft responses to time-sensitive data requests from team members that are accurate, digestible, and easy to understand- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, product and business teams outside of the analytics team- Maintain code to good standards i.e. commenting/documentation- Help debug and optimize other team members code and queries- Interview and onboard new members to the team when necessary- Mentor and train junior team members and share effective feedbackMust have :Technical Skills :- Expert SQL skills- Working knowledge of Python, libraries such as pandas, numpy, plotly- Demonstrated experience using BI tols like Tableau, Qlikview, Power BI, Looker (preferred) etc.- 2-4 years of industry experience in a data science or analytics role- Degree from a highly-competitive academic institution in quantitative field: statistics, economics, applied math, operations research or engineering.- Previous experience working with very large datasets across multiple databases in startup environment or large commercial institution- Advanced analytical and Excel skills required to understand, manage, and assess large data sets, including the ability to interpret results,
