A business exhibiting the same unique combination of management skills, best practice methods and adventurous spirit that exists with Mace globally.The roleProject Manager - Office Fit-outYour responsibilities will include: Directing and managing project delivery team (design, procurement and site) performance of delegated responsibilities and achieve project goals. Interfacing directly with clients to define project requirements, prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements and supply chain, cost estimate and budget, project schedule, quality and HSE control and risk identification. Implementing an appropriate and effective project management framework for corporate interior fit-out projects. Managing project cost plan including risk allowance. Monitoring and controlling changes/variations. Identifying project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans and implement action plans to mitigate project risks. Establishing and preparing formal reporting arrangements on project progress for the client and company. Supervising the monitoring and reporting of the contractors progress against the expectations of their contracts from all perspectives. Coordinating and fostering teamwork between all project stakeholders. The requirementsYour experience, knowledge and skills need to include: Minimum of 7-10 years project management experience in the commercial fit-out industry. Relevant experience of managing corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects. Knowledge of individual trades and sub-contractors relevant to interior fit-out projects. Technical-savvy and have experience in successfully adopting digital and technology initiatives. Ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction. Ability to work well under pressure and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good client relationship management and team management skills. Qualifications A bachelors degree in civil engineering, architecture or interior design.
