Job Description

The Consulting Analytics Manager will be an integral part of the Data Analytics team focused on supporting the data and analytical needs of the Travel Consulting Projects.Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Supervise & lead Consulting Analysts & Specialists working on multiple parallel Hotel/Air consulting projects.
  • Will be the escalation point of contact for stakeholders across GBT working on projects assigned to his/her team
  • Contribute in creating and maintaining a highly-motivated workplace
  • Develop & retain talent through continuous coaching & mentoring
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate projects & activities
  • Enable timely delivery via good planning & proactive communication
  • Identify issues and come up with creative resolutions
  • Lead work flow management procedures
  • Drive expected productivity and customer satisfaction goals
  • Working with teams/peers to develop better procedures and client offerings
  • Effectively manage issues and risks that arise during the lifecycle of the project/engagement.
Desired Candidate Profile & Qualifications:
  • Must have 8 years of total work experience
  • Bachelor s degree where course work could include (either): statistics, travel, business administration, finance, decision sciences, economics, and mathematics. Candidates with master s degree preferred
  • Current/Prior experience in managing teams working on Hotel/Air consulting projects is preferred
  • Strong quantitative, analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Should have strong change management skills
  • Should have strong inter-personal and communication skills
  • Strong ability to manage and accommodate demanding situations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Must have good knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience with global customers will be a plus
