Job Description

Job Description (Candidate must be N.T.T certified)

  1. Prepare planners and curriculum material and ensure the availability of the same with the teachers at various Franchise locations
  2. VIsit to Franchise locations on periodic basis
  3. Trainingof teachers at Franchise location
  4. Give feedback received from teachers related to materials/planners.
  5. Ensure implementation of curriculum
  6. Draft Circulars and Newsletters
  7. Keep track of support programs as and where applicable.
  8. Monitor the activities related to staff appointmentand training at Franchise locations
  9. Organize events and induction programs for teachers
  10. Conduct curriculum workshops.
  11. Generate MIS Reports as on a periodic basis
  12. Conduct demo sessions for the selection of teachers.
  13. Conducting/ collecting feedback with parents regarding students performance and other issues.
  14. Maintain discipline and conduct regular assessments for academic staff
  15. Conduct Student Induction program
  16. Maintain Staff and students records
  17. Conduct orientation sessions for teachers
  18. Class Observation and Staff Appraisals.
