Champion new and existing content and tools for continuousimprovement of PAGs Content Library. Create and develop training programs leveraging strong instructionaldesign skills to develop training programs and products that will beused by trainers to meet clients business objectives. Provide appropriate support and training for trainers using prescribedcontent. Understand clients requirement for the content. Respond to internal and external client queries during all phases ofcontent creation.
