S/ He works for planning and proposing different documents generated in product delivery phase to project managers. They also interact to subject matter experts and delivery team for functional/ domain information. And also works with managers on planning deliveries.Job Responsibilities: Producing high- quality documentation that is appropriate for its intended audience Study product samples and talk with product designers and developers Working with internal teams on product and documentation requirements Writing easy- to- understand user interface text, online help and developer guides Work with internal teams to obtain an in- depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements Create tutorials to help end- users use a variety of applications Organize and write supporting documents for products Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users understanding Select appropriate medium for message or audience, such as manuals or online videos Standardize content across platforms and media Gather usability feedback from customers, designers, and manufacturers Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single- sourcing opportunities Create and maintain the information architecture Experience and Skills: Strong hold on HTML and experience with content management system Consistent ability to write clear, attractive copy in a unique voice. Good research, Gathering Information and documentation skills. Ability to quickly and efficiently interpret copywriting briefs and comprehend project requirements.
