We also help increase call and message efficiency and reputation by adding trust, context & safety to communication.Our team is a fantastic blend of young turks and industry veterans from the top tech companies globally and we count many of India s top enterprises and startups as our delighted customers.As part of our aggressive growth plans, we are looking for young, energetic and data and operations obsessed professionals to join our Go-To-Market organisation within Truecaller for Business.As a CRM and Business Analyst, You will be working closely with the Truecaller for Business leadership team on managing and leading all CRM and related activities. You will be working in alignment with the larger team in supporting the implementation of features and functionalities on the Zoho CRM platform, handling internal sales, marketing, and Customer Success requests, and solving any feature issues. In addition to the CRM tasks, you will be working with the sales leadership team in generating insightful revenue reports, help with partner incentive reports and maintaining the sanity of Sales revenue dashboards. We are looking for an individual who is organized, likes working with data, and is a problem solver.What do we expect from you
    • 4-6 years of experience handling CRM applications - Zoho preferred
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google sheets
    • Prior experience building dashboards using Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc
    • Prior experience with process documentation, creating workflows
    • Demonstrated experience of being a strong cross-functional collaborator
    • Prior experience with training teams on CRM software
    • Ability to understand complex business requirements and design a solution and convert them to functional specifications
    • Prior experience interacting and working closely with Sales and Customer Success leaders
    • Great communication skills
    What will you work on
    • Lead all CRM/Zoho workflows, processes and integrations.
    • Serve as a custodian for the CRM database - maintain and manage customer data to ensure data integrity and recency
    • Responsible for the management and alignment of users, roles, permissions, and profiles and the creation and configuration of custom fields, process automations, data validations and activity management within Zoho
    • Create and maintain insightful reports for key performance indicators for Sales cum revenue activity generated from CRM and invoicing systems
    • Provide periodic and accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the leadership team and Management team
    • Generate partner revenue and incentive reports in collaboration with Sales, Customer Success and Finance
    • Maintain revenue dashboard in collaboration with cross-functional team
    • Train all users on the various functions and processes utilized by the platform
    • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders
    • Conduct complete regular system audits
    • Troubleshoot user issues and problem solve conclusively
    It would be great if you also have:
    • Worked with SaaS platform in the past
    • Good understanding and worked on SaaS cum Enterprise Business metrics
