    Lenskart is an Indian optical prescription eye wear retail chain, based in the city of New Delhi, India.As of September 2020, Lenskart had 500+ stores in over 40 cities in India. Its manufacturing facility in New Delhi manufactures 3 lakh glasses a month.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Handling customer queries on Web Chat, E-mails and Social MediaEducate current and potential customers with product and service informationMaintain accurate customer recordsIdentify and escalate priority issues to the Team Leader and Ops TeamActively participate in team meetingsKey Performance Indicators:Handle all queries in a polite, professional mannerProbe and trouble-shoot customer queries, and provide a suitable and satisfactory solutionEducate customers on services and processesEscalate any issues to the Team LeaderAchieve agreed KPIs and ObjectivesAttend coaching sessions with Customer Service SupervisorAdhere strictly to shift schedulesAdhere to laid down internal policies, procedures and processesWork collaboratively with the teamLogical reasoningQualificationsUnder-graduate or Bachelors degree from any streamPassionate about customer careGood typing skillFluent in written and spoken EnglishAn excellent communicator6 days workingRotational shifts and week offsMust be time flexible and able to work in a shift system including Public holidays and weekendsPositive attitudeAble to work well under pressure and under minimum supervisionA fast learner who is able to work with set targetsA team player
