Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be very confident and presentable.
  • Should have very good convincing and problem solving skills
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English or language required
  • Ability to build rapport and work effectively with all levels of management and clients.
  • Must have the ability to perform basic math skills
  • Must be a self-starter, organized, detailed oriented
  • Strong knowledge of the applicable client account is required.
  • Strong Customer Service/Retention skills is required.
  • Fun providing service and having conversations
  • Ability to listen
  • Prepared to learn and take new information on board every day
  • Technical skills and experience with operating multiple systems simultaneously
  • Ability to understand a range of situations and find a suitable solution as quickly as possible
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Ideally already with some experience working in the customer care sector (Email Process)
