Job Description

    Required Customer Service Manager having experience of 5-10 yrs in ITES / BPO / Health care. Should have excellent communications skills and should be able to join immediately.About the role:As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible to ensure a high quality member experience and create customer delight. You will lead a mid-sized team, and will work towards identifying, understanding and resolving customer queries via chat support, email and calls (if necessary). You will also be responsible for creation of processes and workflows to ensure root cause resolution of frequent customer queries.If youre a hustler with great communication skills and prior experience of having managed customer support operations in a fast paced environment, this is the role for you!Responsibilities:Lead a team of associates who are the first point of contact for members - identify, understand and resolve customer queries via chat support / email or call if necessaryFoster cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders and devise methods for improvement of overall customer experienceWork on process / workflow design to ensure root cause resolution of frequent customer queriesFrequently interact with premium members to ensure a high quality user experience and create customer delightRecord and document all relevant user feedbackManage rotational shifts to ensure great 24/7 customer support (8 hour shifts | 6 days working | Weekday off)Own customer satisfaction targets and resolving all user queries within specified timelinesSkills & Experience:4+ years of experience in customer service.Excellent communication skills with expert-level fluency in EnglishPrior experience of managing customer support operations via chat in a fast paced startup environmentA highly driven self-starter, with very strong ownership of their workMindset to delight customersJoining & Location:Immediate | GurugramSalary: 8 Lacs - 12LacsContact Ajay at J J INDIA at hidden_mobile or email your resume at hidden_email
