Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated NDR Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in managing non-delivery report (NDR) issues and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.Primary Responsibilities:
    • Handle incoming calls related to non-delivery issues and address escalated concerns from clients.
    • Act as a liaison between sellers and shipment executives to facilitate effective communication.
    • Manage and resolve conflicts with upset clients, providing satisfactory and timely solutions.
    • Follow up with shipping services to ensure prompt resolution of delivery issues.
    • Maintain and organize client data related to NDR cases accurately.
    • Develop effective communication channels between sellers, clients, and courier services.
    • Monitor and assess client satisfaction levels through feedback on NDR resolutions.
    • Handle client requests related to NDRs and troubleshoot problems efficiently.
    Desired Candidate Profile:
    • 0-1 year; graduation is required.
    • Experience in client success, logistics, or similar roles is a plus.
    • Comfortable managing 80-100 calls daily regarding NDRs.
    • Strong coordination and time management abilities.
    • Ability to innovate solutions and manage challenging situations with upset clients.
    • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
    • Eager to learn new techniques to enhance client success and NDR resolution.
    • Capable of maintaining composure and efficiency in high-pressure situations.
