Hi,We are Hiring FEMALE, TELE COUNSELORS, Lead Generation exe, Inside Sales Executive, Customer Support for Frankfinn Training institute!!Location: GurgaonShift: Day(Mon-Sat)Salary: Upto 25k CTCQualification: Any Graduate or Under Graduate, Dropouts with minimum 6 months experience in BPO Outbound calling profile + Good CommunicationJOB PURPOSE:This position performs Inbound and Outbound calls to the students of various cities to Check the Eligibility and brief them about Frankfinn vocational courses and to make them visit any nearest Frankfinn Center to get free Career Counseling. You have to generate leads of the students who visit our education centers across india.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Take Inbound and Make outgoing calls to students and brief them about Frankfinn courses based on their interest, Fixing appointment and make them attend free career counselling sessions in Frankfinn institutes
  • Follow up with the students in a timely manner to know the status of their visit.
  • Maintain regular attendance and to arrive to work on time.
