Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  • Ensure quality service for existing clients by proactively identifying potential problems/solutions and producing timely and accurate work products
  • Ensure all work product is reviewed according to Milliman s peer review guidelines
  • Maintain healthy group dynamics
  • Facilitate problem solving and collaboration
  • Work in extended schedules/flexible to adopt changes and handhold others.
  • Monitor team performance and reports
  • Assure that the team members have the necessary education and training to effectively participate in the team
  • Escalate issues which cannot be resolved by the team
  • Provide guidance to the team based on management direction
  • Coach and help develop team members; help resolve dysfunctional behavior
  • Collect, reconcile and review participant data identifying and resolving issues as they arise
  • Work cooperatively with other team members to help get jobs done and to ensure unified delivery of services
  • Follow and update documentation materials as directed
  • Maintain complete and accurate work papers and audit trails
  • Serve as a contact with clients human resources personnel
  • Adhere to plan documents and government regulations in administering plans
  • Contribute to team discussions and training activities
  • Be accountable to team members for agreements and promises
