Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for key metric of supply network growth.- Bridge the gap between demand and supply systems ensuring profitability over time.- Lead the supply team towards daily fulfilment at national level from supply partners across multiple lanes and truck types.- Plan the supply partner network breadth on volume and truck type mix and align with business expansion plans in tandem with the sales team.Education & Work Experience: MBA/ B.E/ B.Tech- 5-10 years of work experience with 3+ years in leading a team and cross-functional team management.- P&L ownership of category and hands on experience in supply development.- Proven track of bridging demand forecast and supply availability with strong performance of fulfilment.- Candidates with the following experiences would be preferred:- First hand experience of fast/ aggressive scaling up in a B2B/B2C environment.- Experienced in developing markets and opening new territories for business growthPersonal Competencies:- Ability to drive quick expansion.- Ability to provide strong leadership, direction and motivation to build high performing teams- Strong problem solving skills.- Able to influence and align cross functional teams towards common goals.,
