Job Description

    Job DescriptionResponsible for the maintenance of all ledgers, bank reconciliations, journal entriesExposure in service division activities GP on spares and Warranty divisionAdminister the general accounting processes with other group companies which includes fixed assets accounts and provide financial reportsReconciliation of vendor and customer ledgersExposure in claims sales and activity claimsPreparation and making timely payment of taxesCo ordinate with statutory auditors to finalize Balance Sheet, Schedules, Segment Report and Tax auditTo Co ordinate with team membersTo clear the Bankers and NBF companies queriesEnsure all process controls are in place, including receivable payable managementDefine and execute required corporate MIS statements and operational reportsOversee and ensure accurate monthly financial reports, including PL statements, balance sheet, cash flow statements and year-end financial reportsEnsure compliance and oversee the preparation and filing all statutory payments and returnsOversee receivable and payable management and finalization of accounts
