Job Description

    *
    • Meet set processing targets/ SLA and ensure claims are processed within the agreed time frame.
    • Develop a strategy for team to reach organization goal and communicate clear instructions to team members
    • Provide regular performance feedback and giving frequent formal and informal coaching sessions
    • Be responsible for the flow of day-to-day operations.
    • Build reports to update Senior management on teams
    • Foster or maintain a collaborative relationship with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction and profitability
    • Work with business partners to identify ways to improve business processes
    • Proficient in Reconciliation of data received from multiple sources, Data Scrubbing, Research, etc.
    • Understanding of Deductibles, Recoveries, Payment-off set concepts
    • Build strategy to manage process escalation
    • Good knowledge of P&C Re-insurance and Co-insurance process life cycle
    • Ensure quick response to any queries from the Onshore claims Mangers or Brokers/Cedents
    • Meet set processing SLA / targets
    • Ensure all the process documents are managed and updated real time

    • Graduate / Postgraduate with 5 to 7 years experience within Re/insurance industry
    • A bility to manage team along with supporting the team as SME.
    • Positive, innovative and make it better mindset to bring operational efficiencies
    • Experience in MS-Excel and PowerPoint is required support segment KPI and management reporting
    • Self-starter who is solution orientated and has the ability to work within a team environment.
    • Independently develops, communicates, and oversees the execution of solutions to resolve issues persistent within the portfolio.
    • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal clients and customers.
    • Organized with the ability to sort multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines and detail orientated
    • Ability to use initiative in day-to-day activities to resolve issues or flag to management for review
