    Hi,Greetings for the day!Position: Sr. Lead MechanicalLocation: Pune, Bangalore, GurugramEducation: B Tech / M Tech in Mechanical.Experience: 6-8 YearsMechanical Engineer with focus on product development (f/m)Your tasks:Conception, development and construction of sophisticated mechanical components, assemblies and housingsDesign of tools for molding and die-casting3D-designs of componentsEvaluation of injection molding simulations with the help of e.g. Moldflow and simulations of die-castingDeveloping of the technical data for the creation of the product specifications, catalogue details and qualifications / release of first samplesIndependent development of innovative solution approaches in accordance with the specifications sheets, taking into consideration required approval tests and standardsTechnical support of the product management to client requests and developing customer specific solution approachesSupport of the manufacturing and the industrial engineering with manufacturing problems / manufacturing optimizationsContact person for quality security, industrial engineering with customer complaints and laboratoryResponsibility for the preparation of manufacturing documents for the series production (2D-drawings and parts lists)Implementation and documentation of development activities according to the process model (v-model, project journal, etc.)Your profile:Successful graduate engineer, preferably in the area of plastics technologyWork experience in the construction of plastic and metal componentsAbility to develop innovative and constructive solution concepts in the field of connector systems, considering costs and deadlinesMaterial skills in the area of plastics and metals including molding and die-castingKnowledge in the application of 3D-CAD-systems, preferably in Solid EdgeSafe handling with IT systems (SAP, MS Office)Good English skillsInitiative, ability to work in a team, flexibility and engagementInterested candidates can share their CV onhidden_email
