3- 6 years of experience in performing electrical design including schematic capture, PCB layout , electronic hardware testing and component engineering. Continuously analyze the PCBA BOMs. Address obsolescence risks to avoid line down (production gap) situations.Identify EE component life cycle threats and address same with appropriate alternates (drop- in alternates or redesigns).Continuously Collaborate with supply chain, PCBA manufacturers and component manufacturers to identify and resolve component life cycle threats pro actively.Perform necessary technical analysis, Create technical review documents, update design files, prints and perform technical review with team.Create test plans and perform (or support test lab) necessary testing to validate change.Work with the Change control board, own and perform change order process.Wherever necessary perform board redesign (Analog /Digital /Power) as per HDLC process.,
