Job Description

  • Managing and troubleshooting desktop, thin clients, virtual machines etc.
  • Installation of recommended softwares by client and troubleshooting of user issues with standard applications like MS Office, Adobe , Bloomberg etc.
  • Perform Windows 7 OS installation and resolve issues pertaining to Windows 7 OS installation
  • Assist with Inventory management activities for IT Assets
  • Helping with IMAC requests (Installation , Move , Addition , Change)
  • Helping with installation and troubleshooting standard BlackRock internal applications
  • Assisting with hardware install and de- installation and Imaging for desktop infrastructure at client site
  • Configuration and troubleshooting of mobile devices like Blackberry, Android and IOS based devices
Configuration and Installation of Microsoft Windows ServerProviding hardware as well as Software Related Technical support for end user.Performing the basic reports and troubleshooting on VMwareManaging Print and configuration &Troubleshooting.Checking the Antivirus Update and Windows Patch UpdateUsing of Remote Admin Tools (Bomgar, RDC, Team Viewer, Lync, TEMS)Modify and unlock user accounts in active directoryInterested candidate Send resume at hr.rkgcs@gmail.com , 8920700493Mention on Subject line your location and profile
