Job Description

    • Liaising with opportunity leaders and account managers to understand the opportunity requirement/scope/needs for tender and properly identify equivalent Schneider solution offer.
    • Ensure RFQ compliance to internal policy and process requirements.
    • Coordinate with different factories for proper equipment/solution offering.
    • Perform detailed cost analysis based on target price and/or bid competitiveness and value proposition.
    • Secure tender approval issue approved tender to opportunity leader within SLA.
    • Manage bid clarifications and coordinate with different SME to ensure closing of clarification points on time.
    BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE The ideal candidate should have the following background and experience.
    • At least 10-15 years in a relevant tendering capacity dealing with Transformers / Switchgears manufactured in accordance with international standards.
    • Strong in Analytics.
    • Strong background and experience in the areas of electrical equipment and systems.
    • Experience in Project management & Sales is a plus.
    • Strong communication, English Skills, business management, and consulting engagement skills
    • Team player, who can work effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels.
    • Independent and self-driven and work with minimum guidance
