Job Description

    - Overall responsibility of accounting, closing and reporting.- Responsible for technical accounting and implementation of new/Changes in IndAS and IFRS.- Supervision and review of statutory financial statements and group reporting pack.- Handling complex audit issues and closure of the same.- Ensure strong internal controls and further strengthening of the same.- Ensure compliance of companies act to the extent related with finance like RPT approval.- Supporting in preparing for various internal committee meeting.- Ensure strong internal controls and processes including regular updation of COA and SOPs.- Knowledge Of Treasury ,account payable and taxation is desired.Key Requisite :- First or second attempt Chartered Accountant with large MNC experience required.- Atleast few years experience of working in one of the big fours is desirable.- Good knowledge of IndAS, IFRS and Internal Financial Controls (IFC).- Good understanding of ERP.- Working knowledge of taxation and treasury.,
