Job Description

    Digital Marketing Manager3 - 6 yearsMumbaiDigital Marketing Manager will contribute in strategy and manage execution of online marketing programs that yield a positive ROI. Channels include, but are not limited to online advertising, search engine marketing, affiliate, email marketing, social marketing, mobile, podcasts, webinars, etc. S/he will be responsible for generating positive ROI acquisition campaigns at scale and help grow the brand/product awareness.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for planning, day-to-day execution and optimization of core acquisition channels including focus on google, facebook, retargeting, programmatic, and affiliate.Actively monitor performance across all channels daily, ensuring campaigns are executed flawlessly and performance is in-line with expectations.Responsible for management of creative library and ensuring creative is refreshed on a regular basis across all channels and target segments.Conduct monthly creative analyses detailing creative performance across. all channels and target segments.Present acquisition test results to the marketing team and key stakeholders, sharing key learnings, roll out plans, and new test ideas based on findings.Help develop new testing strategies and ideas to scale channels including identification of new audience segments and ways to optimize creative and offer.Help identify ways to personalize the customer journey so that messaging resonates with audience need states and conversion rates improve.Qualifications4+ years of experience in B2C Digital Marketing.Hands-on experience using Google AdWords with knowledge of targeting and optimization techniques to drive scale and efficiency.Familiarity with analytics and unearthing consumer insights a plus.Experience running affiliate marketing programsAbility to build strong relationships cross-functionally (creative, SEO, tech, product) as well as collaborate with outside agencies and vendors.Strong analytical skills extracting insights, interpreting data and making recommendations that will optimize performance.Graduate with MBA in marketing optionalGraduation in relatable subjectsPersonal Characteristics:Thinks digital and mobile first.Entrepreneurial mindset and goal orientedself-directed, proactive and able to define and execute projects independentlyHighly organized and detail orientedStrong project management skills ensuring all deadlines are met and objectives are clearly communicatedPossesses strong intellectual curiosity and motivation to extract deep insights and understanding of performance resultsPassion and ability to work in a fast paced, and in a team environmentUpbeat, personable, positive, can-do attitude.
