The person should have eye for detail, able to work in a consulting role. Prior experience in social media publishing, reporting, and listening tools like Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Radian6 etc is a requisite. A technical bent of mind with expertise in reporting is preferred. The person should be process driven, have superior written and communication skills with proven social media management experience across B2B & B2CImmaculate knowledgeThe person will be in charge of the social media accounts. He/she will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the companys Social Media accounts in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales.
