Job Title - Director MerchandisingLocation : GurgaonJob Description- Define and own the Merchandising direction, communication and storytelling across all touch points on the platform.- Conceptualize and implement visual merchandising themes (target categories, target price communication, deals and offers, curated collections, select brands) across app and mobile app properties (home page, category listing pages, category store front, Notifications, newsletters, Digital marketing campaigns etc.)- Drive centrally the creation of curated assortments / collections / themes for categories basis necessary inputs from category teams- Work with Product team to implement design and communication frameworks / templates for merchandising and promotion activities.- Owning all performance & funnel metrics w.r.t merchandising. Ensuring that such metrics are institutionalized across teams and running performance cadences with respective stakeholders- Liason with Brand, Marketing and Design teams to plan monthly & yearly campaigns and co-owing metrics like CTR, visits.- Monitor the on -site customer navigation across all channels.- Will play a key role in terms of operations for sale events like End of reason sale, Big fashion days - Manage pan India ad campaigns (print, digital, TV) for all categories including deal selection, creative inputs and theme planning.Qualifications and experience- MBA with experience of 8-12 years, with preferably 5+ years in e-commerce driving growth / merchandising - Should be well versed in terms of driving visual merchandising role. Should have good decision making abilities in terms of managing product listing/positioning on both web and app platforms.- Should have strong creative bent of mind, with ability to generate ideas to drive category awareness and visibility- Sharp business and creative acumen - Should be good at team management skills.- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan marketing campaigns.- Strong customer centric approach,
