Job Description

He / She is responsible for:

  • Achievements of Sales Targets as assigned by the management for self and team.
  • Promoting sales for all the hotels in the chain and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue for all the hotels.
  • Maximizing Market opportunities from Corporate/Travel Segments in territory assigned by the management.
  • Giving special rates according to potential of the corporate/travel segment with coordination with Hotels.
  • Implementing of systems and procedures laid down by the management and submission of information and reports regularly as required from time to time.
  • Ensuring timely credit collection with coordination with the collection agent.
  • Responsible for Territory allocation to Sales Team for both corporate & travel segment with approval from Vice President Sales & Marketing.
  • Responsible for keeping all manners of operating costs under control.
  • Responsible for implementation of systems and procedures laid down by the management and submission of information and reports regularly as required from time to time.
  • Suggesting promotional campaigns for the consideration and approval of the management with the objective of increasing room night sales.
