Job Description

    Director - Retail Channel (FMCD/D2C) Job Description - Head new Retail vertical that is being setup by our client.- Report to the Founding team/Chief of staff.Client Details :- Our Client is a smart electricity startup, powered by a mix of IoT, machine learning and data analytics.- The company bridges electricity supply and consumption gaps in Indian homes through a range of smart and clean products.- Our Client is also one of the leaders in solar rooftop count in Indian residential market.- Fully work from office with alternate Saturday working.Description :- Setting up Retail Experience centres (for IOT based Home Electrical products) in key cities across India for our client.- Working from scratch and build the business vertical.- Bringing in expertise from previous experience and setting up new team for our client.- Working in a fast paced Startup ecosystem.- Expectation Management.Profile :- Retail channel setup and management experience is required.- Should come with distributor management experience.- Should have experience of setting up business/retail channel from scratch.- Leadership qualities.- Candidate from a Tier 1 college is preferred.- Exceptional communication skills.Job Offer :- Opportunity to work with a FMCD startup who is into new age IOT based technology and is scaling up very fast.- Industry leading remuneration.Contact - Raj Bhavya - +91 hidden_mobileThe Apply Button will redirect you to website.
