As lead of the planning software engineering team you will be responsible for: Implementing and improve our applications in the planning application portfolio, based on SAP APO / IBP / BW - IP technology stack, Anaplan and Oracle RPAS Key responsibilities include enhancing existing applications, deployment of custom build applications, cloud data integration and SQL optimization Shape, staff and form a team of developers and define its operating model together with ESC - Planning product teams
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Minimum 10 years of experience in core development role and a minimum of 5 years leading a team Good understanding of agile development methodology Experience in managing a remote development team and exposure to western culture is mandatory Experience in at least one of the following domains: SAP (on prem and cloud offerings), AWS cloud integration, Java Deep development experience in at least one of the following languages: ABAP, Java, JavaScript, PythonAt adidas we have a winning culture.
