New Position Report to MDGurgaon Office: 2 Japanese , 1 IndianMainly New Business Development to Japanese companiesProducts: only Carburetor- Provide strategic inputs on business opportunities and market expectations for long term business planning.(Tracking technology trends and government laws.)- Periodically recommend pricing strategy among India branch & other overseas branches & competitors.- Expand market share by New Business Development & Existing Sales- Establish an effective system for gathering and providing vital information on competitor s strategies.- Develop and Improve the system to monitor and control the receivables within set norms for Domestic Customers.- Develop a system for maintenance of confidentiality of sensitive information and drawings- Establish a system of processing and effective closure of Design change requests.- Ensure the Manpower Planning , Motivation and Competence Development of team members- Departmental Objective setting , Budgeting and Budgetary Control in tune with Companys Business Plan- Ensure establishment and adherence to procedures as per ISO (9000 / 14000) , TS16949 , J - sox & other Audits pertaining to Sales and Technical Support function.Benefit - Bonus - Medical Insurance- Transportation in Rewari area Highway Transportation from Gurgaon- Uniform10~20% hike from Current CTCDy.
