The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to motivate and counsel students effectively.Key Responsibilities: Counsel students on academic programs, career options, and training opportunities. Understand students educational goals and suggest suitable courses or training paths. Conduct orientation sessions and career guidance seminars for new students. Maintain detailed student records and follow up regularly for admissions and progress tracking. Collaborate with the teaching and management team to ensure a smooth counselling process. Handle incoming queries (calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries) with professionalism and empathy. Support students throughout the admission process from enquiry to enrollment. Stay updated with educational trends, course details, and industry developments.Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Science or a related field. Minimum 13 years of experience in academic counselling, teaching, or education management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand student needs and provide customized guidance. Confident, empathetic, and proactive personality.
