Job Description

Greetings!Hiring For CounsellorJob Role:

  • Understanding the requirements of the potential customer( Students and Working professional ).
  • Guiding about the product and services of the company
  • Guiding students for level assessment
  • Follow instructions of Branch Manager
  • Set sales target in coordination with the branch manager
  • Make sure that the branch runs smoothly by coordinating with different departments, professionals and clients.
  • Participate in weekly meetings of the branch
  • Updating information electronically or manually.
  • Handling maintenance, Housekeeping and security of the branch
  • Being unbiased towards anyone
  • Student Visa awareness and basic support
  • Cash collections, deposit and reporting.
  • Distribution of student handbooks and IDs
  • Selling and making students aware of new products and services from time to time.
  • Collecting Student feedback and reporting to Branch Manager
  • Introducing the student on the first day to the trainers and explain the course progress.
  • Retention of the student by products and services.
