Job Description

Dear Candidates,We are searching email strategist in Gurugram location. Having 6+ years of experience in digital marketing field.Email Strategist / 2 Gurugram 10-14 lac 6 - 9 years of experience Email automation is must. Like webengage, Klaviyo, clevertap. EtcJob Specifications :

  • Formulating and executing the CRM strategy to drive traffic, retargeting, repeat purchase and cross-sell by working closely with the Revenue, Product, Tech and UX teams
  • Main duties include running email marketing campaigns end-to-end, managing email databases and creating newsletters/promotional email strategy & execution
  • Plan and execute email, SMS & Push Notification campaigns throughout the entire life cycle, using marketing automation/CRM tool
  • Manage email marketing channel which includes driving all promotional & event based auto-triggered email to the database
  • Campaign optimization through A/B testing and iteration
  • Set-up multi-channel workflows for event-based trigger campaigns
  • Ensure the efficient and consistent capture of all required data at key points in the customer life cycle
  • Assist in developing consumer segmentation campaign plans to drive customer retention, engagement and to achieve KPIs
  • Manage and grow the user base
