Job Description

    • Summary:
    • This role is responsible forinstalling and maintaining products (Hemodialysis, CRRT machine, Water treatment Plant) in the defined area of responsibility
    • Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Service and maintenance of products
    • Responsible for Service Revenue through Service contracts and Spare parts sales.
    • Establish & maintain communication with customers, team members and business contacts
    • Ensure all activities are performed following the available instructions and information, within the quality system framework
    • Perform QC Checks and Final release of serviced equipment in the role as checker for the hardware repaired by other Engineers.
    • Report all relevant service activity, to ensure updated and accurate service data in the service system
    • Perform sales support activities on products & processes within the geographical area of responsibility
    • Basic understanding/knowledge of electronics, soldering skills, ESD protection, Understanding/knowledge of the Medical Device Directive
    • Good communication (written and Oral) in English and Local Language.
    • Natural interest in IT applications
    • Basic use of current Windows operating systems and Use of MS office applications (Word, Excel
    • Qualification and Experience:
    • BE / B Tech, 3-5 years field experience in servicing medical equipment or preferably medical instrumentation or electro-mechanics or equivalent through experience
