You were hiring, mentoring and managing engineers that were several years more experienced than you. requirements Total Experience: 9- 12 Years Skills Required: Required Skills / Experience: Education- BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Computer Science Minimum 5+ years of server side application development experience with Java Demonstrated experience delivering highly scalable big data products Deeply technical with a track record of successful delivery Entrepreneurial spirit combined with strong program and product management skills. Proven success in building, motivating and retaining teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex plans and designs Excellent judgement, organizational, and problem solving skills Excellent design and architecture knowledge Work closely with a cross functional team of highly motivated and intelligent folks with a unique range of startup and enterprise experience,
