  • Project Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : a: Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application b: Responsible for Monitoring the events/alerts coming on Monitoring tool and doing initial triage c: Coordinating with ISPs/Vendors, Logging tickets for Vendor circuits, Taking Regular Follow-ups of Outages, Taking RF d: Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge e: Managing shared mail box and timely communicating to all stakeholders
      • Technical Experience : a: 5-7 years of work experience b: Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to ensure that activities are being performed at a high level of quality and that it meets its associated Service Level Agreements or Operational c: Knowledge on network devices is must d: CCNA Certified preferred e: Knowledge about ITIL processes is must; ITIL Foundation Certified preferred Knowledge on Routing and Switching
      • Professional Attributes : a: Service Operations Delivery experience b: Flexible to work in 24x7 environment c: should have knowledge of SLAs OLAs and KPIs d:Team player who also works well independently; self-motivated
      • Educational Qualification : Graduation
    • Additional Information : a: Good communication and collaboration skills b: Ability to develop operational documentation
