JOB DESCRIPTION BENCH SALES1. Minimum 2+, years of experience in US IT Bench Sales2. Posting/submitting their resumes on various job boards/requirements and finding requirements for3. Checking for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portal.4. Checking with the consultants comfort on job requirements and suggesting any modificationsrequired to improve their chances of short listing for the job positions applied.5. Working directly with end clients requirements like Tier 1 Vendors/Implementation partners.6. Having Direct Contacts with the T1 Vendors or Implementation Partners and generating new7. Interacting, developing Tier-1 Vendor or Implementation Partners network daily basis to get theBench candidates placed in minimal turnaround time.8. Experience in working with different job portals like DICE, Monster, Corp to Corp, Corp to Hire,Career9. Must be willing to work independently and also as team leads when needed.10. Excellent communication skills.11.
